Tracia launched her solo practice in 2011, representing select clients directly and also collaborating with colleagues as a freelance lawyer. Before going out on her own, she was a civil litigator with an established, mid-sized Austin, Texas litigation law firm for more than eleven years.
Tracia has represented a variety of clients, including individuals, small business, fraternities, insurance companies and governmental entities, in a variety of matters, from employment discrimination claims to bad faith litigation. She has drafted and presented numerous successful motions in various Texas courts, and has prepared a number of appellate briefs. Her research and writing have played essential roles in winning and settling many cases.
During law school, Tracia served as an associate editor on The Review of Litigation law journal and an officer in the Asian Law Students Association.
In her free time, Tracia enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, bicycling and traveling. She has visited China, Tibet, Japan, Thailand, Morocco, Egypt, South Africa, Costa Rica, Belize, Peru and various places in Europe. She has also competed in several sprint triathlons and has ridden twice in the MS150, a charity ride benefiting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, riding her bicycle more than 150 miles from San Antonio to Corpus Christi on one trip, and from Houston to Austin on another trip.
